Hello all,

So I wanted to take a Wii motherboard (without drive) and place it inside of an old laptop so it'd be mobile 'n stuff. What I realised when I took the thing apart was that there is one huge heatsink preventing me from fitting the motherboard inside of the laptop. Can I just simply remove the heatsink and find a way to cool the processor with the fan that is already located inside of the Wii? Or does the fan have to blow continuously in order to keep the processor from overheating? I have no experience working with computer components whatsoever. Any other solutions maybe? Of course, if this isn't possible there is an alternative to my plan, but this'd be way cooler.
